9 days and 20 hrs from the time I write this is the start of SPRING TRAINING GAMES! I am PUMPED!

The biggest question facing the Cardinals is the pitching staff, primarily the starters. Is Looper really a starter? I know I am not drafting him in my fantasy draft. Right now, without them pitching in Spring Training, I am hoping for Ryan Franklin to emerge as the #5 starter. Not Narveson, Looper or Thompson…keep them in the pen or back to AAA.

When they actually pitch, things may change. Carpenter, Reyes, Wells and Wainwright can hold the fort until the return of Mark Mulder.
