      Cardinals News

The Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina has been suspended for one game and he will appeal that ruling. In Tuesday’s game, Carlos Martinez gave up a first inning home run. After a back and forth game, a key moment came in the 8th inning with two on and nobody out the Cardinals turned to 21-yr-old fireballer Jordan Hicks. He got through that inning unscathed and it had a fantastic ending for St. Louis fans. Scoring in the 9th, the Brewers looked to have the upper hand but the Cardinals tied it to go to extra innings. The Brewers scored in the 10th inning only to have the Cardinals tie it again. Then in the bottom of the 11th inning with a runner on base, Matt Carpenter ent everyone home with a dinger to right field. The Cardinals won 5-3.

NOTE: Not that I think it is a good idea, but the only way to see the Cardinals game on Wednesday is through Facebook Live.
